We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable).

About Delivery Guarantees
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.
Note: The order within countdown reflects Andee clothing delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that time frame, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.
To inquire about a refund, please contact us and click “An Order I Placed.” Select your order, then select a problem with an order > Shipping or delivery issues > Shipment is late.

Guaranteed Delivery Terms and Conditions
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date on the checkout page, your shipping fees may be refunded if we miss our promised delivery date.
The following requirements must be met to qualify for a delivery guarantee refund:
- Shipping method selected is shipping option advertised on a product detail page.
- Order is shipping to eligible address.
- Order is placed before the “order within” countdown listed on the checkout page. The “order within” countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place your order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is included in your order confirmation E-mail. Contact us with any concerns.
- If you order contains items that aren’t eligible for guaranteed delivery, shipping preference “Ship my items as they become available” is selected.
- Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.
- The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.
- An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.
- An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.

About Shipping Preferences
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date on the checkout page, your shipping fees may be refunded if we miss our promised delivery date.
Every time you place an order via the Shopping Cart that contains more than one delivery date, you can choose for your order to be shipped in the fewest possible packages or for your order to be shipped as soon as each item it becomes available.
You can change your shipping preferences in Your Account at any time after placing your order as long as the order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.
Loyal Customers
FREE Delivery in fewest possible packages
This is a free shipping option for Loyal members purchasing Loyal eligible items that are in stock. Your Loyal orders will be consolidated into the fewest number of packages possible and may take longer to ship depending on product availability.
I want my items faster. Ship each item as soon as it becomes available
This is also a free shipping option for Loyal members purchasing Loyal eligible items that are in stock. Your Loyal items ship as they become available. You should choose this option if you want to receive each item as fast as possible.
Rest-SEB Customers
Deliver items in the fewest possible packages
For items that are in stock, your orders will be consolidated into the fewest number of shipments possible. This may take longer to ship depending on product availability, but there will only be one shipping charge for the entire order.
I want my items faster. Ship each item as soon as it becomes available (at additional cost)
For items that are in stock, your items ship as they become available. You should choose this option if you want to receive some items quickly.
The number of shipments we make for your order is dependent upon:
- Location in our fulfillment network
If your order has dissimilar items such as a book, a computer, and a cordless drill, they may ship separately, depending on where in our fulfillment network they happen to be located. - Items requiring special shipping and handling (for example, items that are large and/or heavy)
These items are marked on their product detail pages and will ship separately from other items in your order.
Note: You will not be charged more for shipping than the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you place the order. Shippers are selected depending on the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel from our fulfillment center, requests for specific shippers will not be accommodated.
